Usage:

To make loose herb tea, steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried herbs (or more for fresh) in a cup of near-boiling water for 5-10+ minutes, covering the vessel to trap steam and flavor, then strain before enjoying; adjust herb amount and steeping time to taste, as longer infusions yield stronger flavor. We recommend using 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea for every 8-10 ounces of water.

Safety and Considerations

Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension): Because both lemongrass and peppermint can lower blood pressure, those who already have low blood pressure should use this blend cautiously to avoid dizziness.

Heart Rate Concerns: Men with existing heart problems should use lemongrass in moderation, as it can cause a drop in heart rate (bradycardia).

Pregnancy: High doses of elderberry and lemongrass are generally advised against during pregnancy without medical consultation
